

OUR STORY
Chef Laura Rivera began launching The Laurita Group in 2017 as a dessert and pastry catering company. This then grew into private supper clubs and events, with larger-style catering following just shortly behind. In 2020, she expanded her chef team, introducing Chef Ben Quiñones into the partnership mix.
Since then, The Laurita Group has partnered with property management spaces, colleges and universities, bar and restaurant spaces, and families and individuals through New Jersey and along the East Coast.
The team now encompasses an entire front-of-house and back-of-house staff making up our traveling hospitality company.
We are here for life’s most precious moments. From a birthday to wedding or anniversary, to a milestone celebration, or corporate affair, we’re there to support you through all of life’s stages.
