Founded in 2017 by Executive Chef and Founder, Laura Rivera founded The Laurita Group in her home states, all working in the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry who shared a deep love for creating exceptional dining experiences. What started as intimate private dinners and bespoke parties quickly evolved into a premier luxury Restaurant and Catering Group, serving clients across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and beyond.

With a background rich in culinary expertise, and a flair for innovation, Chef Laura and her team embarked on a mission to redefine hospitality. They began by crafting meticulously curated menus that not only delighted the palate but also told stories through each dish—a fusion of flavors inspired by global cuisines and locally sourced ingredients.
After cultivating a vast taste within different cultures and backgrounds, they present these dishes to others to enjoy and embrace the different cultural backgrounds Chef Laura has studied.
