Laura Rivera
Laura founded The Laurita Group in 2020 after years working across the food, beverage, and baking industries, while hosting supper clubs and offering catered desserts. Her vision was to build a collective that curates experiences built in community, and enhanced with scratch-made food, strong presentation, and service that feels easy for the host and memorable for the guest.
Her style blends Dominican roots and Caribbean influence with Mediterranean inspiration from her travels through Greece and Turkey, plus classic Americana done right. Laura specializes in mastering classic dishes and upgrading them with fresh, high-quality ingredients, giving them rich and elevated flavor.
Her approach is also shaped by her time spent studying and testing what separates “great” from unforgettable. Her love for hospitality is simple and deeply rooted in what makes the experience special: scratch-made goods, gourmet-style, high standards, and the connections that come from close attention to detail. When she’s not in the kitchen, she’s usually staying active, soaking in nature, reading, dancing, or at home with her two cats.
